CozyOnTop operates Boutique Getaway and Flexible Living accommodations in Bangkok, Thailand. Our current Phaya Thai properties include PhayaThai Vintage Home, Autumn Hideaway with Vintage Kitchen, and Vintage Time tunnel, located in Ratchathewi, Bangkok. 2. Information We Collect

When you make or inquire about a booking, we may collect:

• Check-in and check-out dates and number of guests
• Payment information (processed securely through third-party platforms)
• Communication history (messages sent through booking platforms or email)
• Basic device and usage information when you visit our website

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Process and manage your reservation
• Communicate with you before, during, and after your stay
• Comply with Thai legal and regulatory requirements (including guest registration)
• Improve our properties and services
• Respond to support requests or disputes

With your marketing-cookie permission, we share the advertising measurement information described below with Meta.

4. Third-Party Platforms

If you accept marketing cookies, we use the Meta pixel to measure public page and property views, Airbnb outbound clicks and enquiry starts. Meta receives browser and device information, including IP address, page address and cookie identifiers, and may associate activity with your Meta account for advertising measurement and personalisation. Our event parameters do not include enquiry text, names, email addresses, phone numbers or booking details. Opening an email enquiry or Airbnb link does not confirm a sent enquiry or a booking.

You can reject marketing cookies or withdraw permission using Cookie settings on this page. Withdrawal stops future Meta tracking; it does not erase information previously received by Meta. See Meta’s privacy policy. Our existing Google Analytics measurement is separate from this marketing-cookie choice.

Reservations made through Airbnb, Booking.com, or other platforms are subject to those platforms' own privacy policies. We receive guest information from these platforms solely for the purpose of fulfilling your stay.

5. Data Retention

We retain guest records for up to 3 years after your stay for accounting, legal compliance, and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at accounts@cozyontop.com, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. Our website uses HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
